The use of this website and the purchase of any services offered by Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must refrain from using this website or contracting any services.

2. Nature of Services
Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC acts as an organizer and/or intermediary in the arrangement of travel services (including air transportation, accommodation, ground transportation, activities, insurance, and other related services) provided by independent third-party suppliers.
The company does not own or operate such services, which are provided by third parties under their own terms and conditions.
3. Use of the Website
The user agrees to use this website solely for legitimate inquiries and bookings. Any fraudulent, speculative, or abusive use is strictly prohibited.
All content on this website is the property of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC or its providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Reservations and Payments
A reservation shall be considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
The customer agrees to comply with the payment deadlines established. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any amounts paid.
Prices may be subject to changes due to variations in taxes, fees, supplier costs, or exchange rates.
Any additional costs arising from the selected payment method (including bank fees, credit card charges, etc.) shall be borne by the customer. The company may offer alternative payment methods that do not incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
All cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing to info@pilgrimgroupstravel.com.
Cancellations will be subject to penalties depending on the timing and the conditions imposed by suppliers. As a general rule:
• More than 90 days prior to departure: loss of deposit
• 89–60 days prior: 25% of total trip cost
• 59–30 days prior: 50%
• 29–22 days prior: 75%
• Less than 21 days prior: 100%
Initial deposits are non-refundable.
Any refund shall be subject to the actual recovery of funds from suppliers and may be delayed accordingly.
6. Liability
Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC shall not be liable for:
• Cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines or other service providers
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings
• Accidents, illnesses, or incidents occurring during the trip
• Denial of boarding or entry due to lack of proper documentation
The traveler participates in the trip at their own risk and acknowledges the inherent risks involved in travel.
In any event, the liability of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer.
7. Travel Documentation and Requirements
The traveler is responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documentation (valid passport, visas, health requirements, insurance, etc.).
The company shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to meet these requirements.
8. Travel Insurance
The purchase of travel insurance covering medical assistance, trip cancellation, and other contingencies is strongly recommended.
Any insurance included in the travel package may have limited coverage.
9. Force Majeure
Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, conflicts, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
In such cases, the company may modify or cancel the trip and offer alternatives or refunds where possible.
10. Use of Image
The participant authorizes the use of photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
However, the participant may object to such use by providing written notice prior to or after the trip.
11. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.
