Use of this website constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions of use presented herein. You may only use this site and its representative services to make legitimate reservations and purchases. You agree that you will not use this site or the representatives of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. to make false or fraudulent or speculative reservations or purchases.

All information, text, graphics, software, images are the property of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. and/or its various third-party providers. No part of the contents may be reproduced, modified, removed, sold, transferred, or otherwise distributed without the express written permission of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. and/or the applicable third-party providers. All Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. trademarks and trade names used on or in connection to this web site shall remain the exclusive property of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC., and your use of this site shall not be deemed to give you any rights in or to any trademarks of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC.
Responsibility:
The airlines, and the operators of tour packages, issue tickets and travel vouchers covering various types of transportation, hotel accommodations and other services and only acts as agents for the companies providing such services. Neither they nor their sub-agents shall be held liable for loss or damage or injury to property, or injury to person, caused by reason of any defect or negligence by any other transportation company, any hotel, any agency or any other such party providing such services. The airlines and the operators reserve the right to withdraw any tour package at any time and to make such changes and alterations as may be found necessary for the proper handling of said tour packages. The airlines are not liable for any claim of whatsoever nature arising out of, or in connection with other service or features, or otherwise, performed or occurring in connection with these tour packages, except as the condition of contract on the passenger ticket issued in conjunction with these tour packages provide, or in accordance with its obligation to warrant appropriate refunds when deemed necessary.
Group Bookings:
Itineraries containing 10 or more air travelers or 10 or more hotel rooms, including all-inclusive tour programs must be booked through our group department.

Deposits, Payments, Fees and Surcharges:
A reservation is confirmed once the group department receives the deposit required as noted in the reservation form for airline, land only tour and/or all-inclusive tour plan. Final payment dates very depending on the plan selected and therefore, payment must be received on the specified date provided on the reservation form or invoice sent to participant via email.
Late payments will be charged a minimum of $75.00 per person for single tour (one country) and multiple destinations will have a higher late payment fee. Participant will be given the bank account information and instructions to either deposit and/or wire transfer funds. In addition, the participant will also have the option to pay with ZELLE. Once the funds have been deposited to the bank account provided to participant, the tour participant agrees to scan the receipt and submit it via email to [email protected]. Once the deposits are verified, the tour participant will receive confirmation of his/her purchase to the email address on record. Tour participant will forfeit tour deposit and/or other sums of money paid on their behalf due to failure to maintain payments on due dates as specified on the reservation form as well as payment due dates shown on invoices which may include any additional fees or surcharges applicable to any particular group tour program.
Electronic Documents:
Documents for group departures will normally be distributed at a group meeting 21 to 30 days prior to departure. Documents mailed at traveler´s request will have an additional shipping and handling charge. Most groups leaders hold a meeting for distribution of travel documents. In case it is decided to hold a group meeting for travel documents distribution, the date, time and location will be provided between 30 to 21 days prior to departure date.
Travel Insurance:
Medical Assistance, Hospitalization and Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended to all tour participants. Travel insurance is designed to cover those who elect coverage with financial safeguards in the case of events ranging from inconveniences to calamities. Coverage may include costs incurred due to penalty fees for changes or cancellations requested by the traveler. It is a well-known fact, that in the travel industry all travel purchases such as nonrefundable airline tickets, hotel stays, ground transportation and organized group tours will have penalty fees when a traveler makes changes or cancels a trip. It’s a product you hope you never need to use but appreciate when you have it, like other insurance products. Once you weigh the importance of this peace of mind, you’ll be closer to being able to decide whether travel insurance is right for your next trip.
Waiver and Release of Liability:
The tour member acknowledges, that he or she is voluntarily participating in the tour program entirely at their own risk. The tour member is aware of the risks associated with traveling to and from as well as, participating in various activities planned on the tour. A tour member is not limited to contracting an infectious illness, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. It is understood that these injuries or outcomes may arise from their own negligence, conditions related to travel, or the condition of the various activities selected by the tour participant. Nonetheless, the tour participant assumes all related risks, both known and unknown to them, of their participating in the tour program. In the event that a tour participant requires medical care or treatment, they agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. The tour member acknowledges, that he or she has been informed to purchase Medical and Travel Cancellation Insurance. The participant also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise, including attorney´s fees and any related costs.
Cruise Fare Discounts:
Discounted cruises fares are offered by third party companies (Cruise Lines) and Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. does not control the availability of cabins offered and/or sold in any cruise ship departure. A representative of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. will inform a prospective participant that the fare quoted is for immediate purchase only, that the price will fluctuate due to cabin availability at the time of making the reservation.
Flight Connections:
The tour participants are solely and ultimately responsible to follow instructions when accompanied by a tour director from Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. reference the connecting flights of the tour program. The tour participants are also solely and totally responsible to follow written and or verbal information reference the flights confirmed for the tour. They have been instructed than when in doubt of flight time and/or departure gate number, to check Airline Terminal Monitors (TV screens) or to ask an airline representative for assistance in making their connecting flights on time. The tour participant acknowledges, that they assume all costs related for missing the connecting flight to include, the airline ticket penalties and difference in costs, hotel expenses when required to overnight due to missing the connecting flight, food, and any other expense related to the incident.
Immigration documents:
The passenger will guarantee that he or she is in possession of a valid passport, necessary visa (if required), health requirements (if required), medical assistance insurance and travel cancellation and other required documents needed for their journey. Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. is required to indemnify airlines against all claims, costs, and proceedings of any kind by virtue of or as a result of the refusal of the airlines to transport any passenger traveling with tickets sold under this Agreement when the passenger does not have a visa, permit, authorization or other documentation required to enter the countries included in the tour program.
Changes, Cancellations and Penalty Fees:
Cancellation from any group tour program requested by a traveler will carry penalty fees. Any change to the departure date, a change in name, a reduction to the number in the party, and/or termination of the entire trip, no show at the airport or at destination will carry various penalty fees, no exceptions made. All other changes to a reservation constitute a change which will generate penalty fees; all initial tour program deposits are non-refundable and for this reason, we highly recommend to all travelers to purchase medical assistance, hospitalization and trip cancellation insurance. Cancellation fees apply to custom group tours published in our electronic and/or printed brochures. The passenger is ultimately responsible for the cost of any non-refundable airline ticket and land tour service contract on his or her behalf within a given group departure. Since, custom group tours have different cancellation penalties, contact our office for details on the fees that will apply to you. A refund when applicable will not be issued to a tour participant until the group departure sales is closed and a complete review of final number of tour participants is defined for such group departure. It is highly recommended to all tour participants to purchase travel insurance which coverage may include costs incurred due to penalty fees for changes or cancellations requested by the traveler. Reservation Transfer Request:
Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. is not obligated to find a replacement for a tour participant who cancels from any tour program to satisfy a full refund to the cancelling party. Cancellation from a tour and/or name change fees will apply, no exceptions made.
Refunds:
Application for refund must be made in writing within 30 days of scheduled return date and must be accompanied by all negotiable tour vouchers and airline tickets. In some cases, all portions of a tour program or airline ticket will not have any value if not used. Refund processing fees, airlines charges for penalties or differences in airfares, hotel cancelation penalties, restaurants fees, and all service penalties charged to Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. including caused by a no show will be charged to the tour participant. The refund request must be made in writing and applies to all travelers even if the cancellation petition is made by the participant prior to departure date. Limitation of Liability:
By booking with Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. you acknowledge that in any event Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. will not be liable for any consequential damages and the extent of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC.´s liability shall never exceed the amount of the tour price paid to Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. The services of any IATA Carrier may be used in connection with these tours. In the event that the services or accommodations described in this website and/or tour brochures cannot be provided due to delays or other causes beyond the control of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC., Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. will diligently review options to provide comparable travel services or accommodations for the tour program if services are available and do not exceed the original contracted costs to Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. reserves the right to alter itineraries if it should become necessary or desirable in order to operate the group tour program. Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour program prior to departure due to situations out of the company´s control. Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. may agree to issue a partial refund, the refund process may take up to 120 days from the agreed refund issuance date due to the fact, the payment made to Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. by the traveler is paid out to the travel service providers in various countries around the world slowing down the refund process. You, the tour member, agree to be liable and indemnify Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. for all purchases made (including but not limited to all credit card charge backs), fraudulently or otherwise. Since, such purchases are made by you the tour member, you must remedy the claim by Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. within 3 business days.
Force majeure:
Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. is not liable for failure to comply with this Agreement if there is a total or partial failure to comply with its duties and obligations caused by any act of God, world pandemic, fire, act of government or state, war, insurrection, embargo, terrorist act, prevention or obstacle in obtaining raw materials, energy or other supplies, labor conflicts of any nature and any other reason beyond the reasonable control of any and all companies contracted to provide all services related to any particular group.
Consent:
Payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment made by or on behalf of a traveler for a reservation on a Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. organized group tour package constitutes consent to all provisions, conditions and general information contained on this website and any promotional materials. Each tour participant agrees and gives permission to Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. to use all photographs and videos taken while on tour for any type of sales and marketing efforts in favor of the company by placing them on websites and printed materials. The tour participant will not be compensated for the agreed consent nor for the unconditional use given to Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. for the materials mentioned in this paragraph.

Prices in any brochure and on the company’s website are accurate at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice due to changes in market conditions and factors including but not limited to foreign currency and supplier operating tour cost fluctuations.
Airline Ticket Pricing:
The airline ticket price offered on the tour groups may change at the time of ticketing due to fluctuation in the global monetary system exchange, additional taxes due to fuel cost, airport security fees and landing fees imposed on the airlines. All passengers confirmed on group tours offered by Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. agree to pay for any and all additional costs over and above the established cost (published) of the tour program selected by the tour participant.
Important Notice:
Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC., its employees, officers, directors and shareholders (collectively, “Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC.”) does not own, control or operate any hotel or any air, land or water transportation vehicles or companies of any kind, including without limitation, airplanes, helicopters, boats, rental cars, ground transportation vehicles, transport companies, shuttle services, buses, or local tour companies which may offer excursions or tours. Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. occasionally enters into contracts with hotels and air, land or water transportation companies, but all such entities are owned and operated by independent contractors. Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. is not responsible for any negligent or willful act, omission or failure to act on the part of any such entity or its employees, or of any other third party beyond its direct control. The Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. name and logo may appear on posted or hand-held signs at your hotel, at the airport of your departure or destination, in vans, buses, coaches or elsewhere during your vacation. This use of the Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. name and logo is solely intended to help the tour participant identify persons or entities who might provide services during the trip, but does not indicate, and should not be understood by the traveler to indicate that Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. owns, controls or operates any entity displaying such a sign, or that Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. employs or controls any person holding or displaying such a sign.
The terms and conditions of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. may not be altered or modified without the express written consent of a corporate officer of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. 1712 Pioneer Ave #101, Cheyenne, WY 82001. All terms and conditions of Pilgrim Groups Travel LLC. shall be governed by the laws of and in the state of Wyoming.
